After 13 years in advertising, Arjun realized he was spending more time presenting about AI than actually building with it. He left a ₹280Cr book at Amazon — a six-person team, solid title — without a job lined up. The past six months have been the most technically dense of his career: he taught himself to build multi-agent systems, retrieval pipelines, and automation tools from scratch. Four products so far. One is already generating revenue in paid beta.

Amazon Ads IndiaAccount Partner Lead, L6
Three roles in three years — each with more scope than the last. By the end, Arjun was managing a ₹280Cr book across 35 Audio and Smartwatch brands. He ran Prime Day campaigns that grew ad revenue 46% year-on-year. He also wrote a Python script that turned a 1.5-day weekly review into an hour — not just for his team, but for all 35 brands simultaneously. That's when he got serious about automation.

Wavemaker / GroupMPartner, Digital — Jakarta
Two years managing L'Oréal's digital media across Southeast Asia. The brief was 'fix the ad-tech stack.' In practice: retire 100+ dead audience segments, build 60 new ones, cut persona overlap from 95% to 40%. The output was +44% ROAS on Google for L'Oréal Paris, +218% CVR for Maybelline. TikTok went from pilot campaign to permanent channel.

JivoxVP, Customer Success & Client Strategy
Arjun joined Jivox as an early hire when it was a small team building DCO software. He left four years later as VP, managing 10 directors across 4 countries. The win he's proudest of: Nike Europe's $5MM DCO mandate, beating Criteo. The team had 4 weeks to prove a 20% CTR improvement. They delivered it. Three consecutive years of 100% Gross Revenue Retention.
