I'm an AI product builder based in India. For 13 years I scaled growth for some of the world's biggest brands — L'Oréal, Nike, Amazon — most recently as Account Partner Lead (L6) at Amazon Ads, where I owned a ₹280Cr book across 35 brands. Six months ago I left to build AI products full-time.
Thirteen years of compounding scope — from copywriter to a ₹280Cr P&L to building the AI that does the work.
After 13 years in advertising, I was spending more time presenting about AI than building with it. So I left — a ₹280Cr book at Amazon, a six-person team, a solid title — with nothing lined up. The months since have been the most technically dense of my career: I taught myself to build multi-agent systems, retrieval pipelines, and automation tools from scratch. Three products so far. One is already generating revenue in paid beta.
Three roles in three years, each with more scope than the last. By the end I managed a ₹280Cr book across 35 Audio and Smartwatch brands. I ran Prime Day campaigns that grew ad revenue +46% year-on-year — and wrote a Python script that turned a 1.5-day weekly review into an hour, for all 35 brands at once. That's when I got serious about automation.
Two years running L'Oréal's digital media across Southeast Asia. The brief was "fix the ad-tech stack." In practice: retire 100+ dead audience segments, build 60 new ones, cut persona overlap from 95% to 40%. The payoff — +44% ROAS on Google for L'Oréal Paris, +218% conversion for Maybelline, and TikTok promoted from pilot to permanent channel.
I joined as an early hire when Jivox was a small team building DCO software. I left four years later as VP, managing 10 directors across 4 countries. The win I'm proudest of: Nike Europe's $5MM DCO mandate, won against Criteo — four weeks to prove a 20% CTR lift, delivered. Three straight years of 100% gross revenue retention.
I started as a copywriter at FCB, where I helped launch the interactive media division and wrote for LIC — then 40% of their digital revenue. Before that, two years at a children's education non-profit, rebuilding their digital presence and growing online donations +18% year over year. I capped it with an MBA from ISB.
P&L ownership, full-funnel growth, and the judgment that only comes from 13 years of doing it across markets.
I ship production AI end to end — multi-agent systems, retrieval pipelines, and the automation that makes them useful.
Directors across four countries, clients who renewed three years running, and a bar that rose for everyone around me.
